About Hyventur
Hyventur is a payment processing company built on automation, modern technology, and customer service that is second to none. We build the payment platform collections and receivables teams use to get paid: consumer portals, payment plans, text-to-pay, IVR, and the reporting behind them. Our goal is simple: make paying easy, so more payments get made.
The role
As our Director of Operations, you'll report directly to the CEO and lead the operations that keep our customers, payments, and teams running smoothly. You'll help design, build, and scale how Hyventur works as we grow.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside the team on design, build, and testing, not direct from the sidelines.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and test operational workflows and the systems that support them
- Own day-to-day operations across payment processing, client onboarding, and support
- Scale processes and teams as the company grows
- Drive process improvement and automation across the business, and measure the results
- Set and uphold customer service standards that are second to none
- Manage our CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot or similar) so data and processes stay clean
- Partner with the CEO on priorities, reporting, and operational strategy
What you bring
- Experience leading operations, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services
- A track record of process improvement with measurable results
- A hands-on, builder's mindset and comfort getting deep into the details
- A strong customer service orientation
- Experience with CRM and workflow automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a startup
Nice to have
- Experience in collections or accounts receivable management, or with the law firms and agencies that work in it
- Working knowledge of card and ACH payment operations, and the compliance around them (PCI DSS, Nacha rules)
- Experience onboarding clients onto a software platform
